IHS Referral Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The IHS Invite Program is open to all active IHS members aged 18 or older and residing in the United States, including New York. Employees of IHS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Program Period: The program begins at 12:00 AM EST on November 20, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2024. Referrals submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

  3. How to Enter: Participants must submit a referral using the designated form, including the referred individual’s or association’s email address and their own. Each valid referral counts as one entry into the prize drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  4. Prizes:

    • Grand Prize: IHS All-Access Pass (Lifetime Membership to IHS).

    • Second Prize: IHS Apparel Pack: IHS-branded jacket, hat and coaches bag

    • Third Prize: Coaches Pack: Coaches bag, whiteboard and 100 pucks

    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about January 2nd, 2025, and notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. 

  6. Privacy: By participating, you consent to IHS using your name and email address solely for program administration purposes. Any personal data collected will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

  7. General Conditions: IHS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or violates the program rules. IHS is not responsible for technical failures or errors that may affect entry submissions.

  8. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless IHS from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the program or acceptance of any prize.

  9. Governing Law: This program is governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to conflict of law principles.
